check if it's disabled:
windows logo key + x
device manager
click on View tab, click on Show hidden devices
have a look if it's visible or there's an yellow exclamation mark

i found Display adapter, IDEATA/ATAPI controllers and storage controllers
got yellow exclamation mark. not sure isn't cause the problem!

double click on Yello exclamation mark
choose "Details" tab
from dropdown menu, select HardwareIDs

After downdown and re install 3 driver the yellow exclamation mark still there.
camera stiil cannot working.....

Update:
i sent to Acer service center. above issue is cause by hardware mainboard faulty.
Change panel set and mainboard, and now function ok.

I have the same problem. Built in camera not detected. All drivers updated, got online support from Windows team and they did all the updates but still does not work. They advised to check with ACER.
Device Ids check shows this: "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed"
