  the latest bios update won't install. It says: cannot allocate memory

   

  how hard can it be to get W10.....

  Bassie, if even a BIOS update can be successful on your SW5, it's better if you give a call to Acer service support.

  I suspect there's an hardware issue.

  I'm not an Acer employee.
