Acer E5 571G hdmi audio problem

Please tell me why when i connect to a TV with HDMI cable,i have video signal,but no audio!

I have the latest driver update(video,audio,all)!

In playback devices(audio),the Digital audio(HDMI) apear grey(not plugged in) and i can"t change nothing!

The cable is good because works(video+audio) with another laptop and the same TV!

Please help! I update bios,installing and reinstalling drivers.....nothing work....

    the last things to try, if you didn't alread tried:

     

    Uninstall Intel drivers and check if HDMI playback is still here and check if it works

    Uninstall nvidia drivers and check if HDMI playback is still here and check if it works

     

    it must some drivers issue but without the notebook in hands, it's very difficult to narrow the issue.

    please report the correct model number, E?-571G and installed OS.

     

    if HDMI out is used by nVdia card, you can do a quick check on windows services:

    windows key logo + r

    type

    services.msc

    check if NVIDIA Display Driver Service is started (double click on it), if not start it manually and set it to automati start

    then check again if HDMI is still greyed

    The model is E5-571G,with NVIDIA 840M and Windows 7 64 bit

    I check,NVIDIA Display Driver Service and the other services from NVIDIA is on AUTOMATIC!

    can you take a screenshot of sound, video and game controller (click it to open the device list) on Device manager)

    have you re-installed both Intel and nvidia VGA drivers?

     

    when you connect to the TV, if you go to the nVidia control panel, are you able to see the TV connected?

    Yes,both drivers

    Appear TV in settings,i can adjust resolution and everything for video,but the sound is on notebook speakers.....

    and the Intel control panel?

     

    if you click on the HDMI playback device are you able to set it as default?

    Intel control panel not has audio(hdmi) options,and in playback devices,like i said hdmi is grey and i cant choose default.....

    if on playback device windows, you right click and tick show disabled devices and show disconnected devices, do you have any other devices listed?

    Sorry about questions, but i'm trying to find out what's wrong.

     

    Did you install standard drivers or broadwell drivers?

    Broadwell drivers not working,said are not compatible with my sistem

    It seems that after several installations in different order,now HDMI works!
