My Acer V3-4729-32RJ kind of reset itself?
I need help. I turned on my laptop today and this message appeared near the clock.
I don't know why it appeared. I always shut down my computer the right way (go to start menu and click shut down).
Now, all my files are still here, but my start menu reset itself and so did my lock screen. It did it by itself.
How do I fix this? Please.

I checked and apparently my Windows got deactivated, and I'm not sure how that happened. I tried to reactivate it, but it didn't work. My laptop is a genuine one. I bought it at Best Buy. D;
Do I need to refresh/reformat/restore my laptop?

Thanks
It didn't work, but reading online, it seemed like a lot of 8.1 users had this issue in the Microsoft forum.
