    Hello,

I had the same bug issue with the sound. I've found that it's because the software TeamViewer 8 after using it.

After disable the remotely sound , it is now working fine.

I am developing quite a list of kludges such as how to make a BU-353 GPS load the proper driver & an working on Video Grabber/DScaler to accomodate a USB camera, perhaps there should be a forum section on how to make things work in Windows 8.

BTW if using a mouse, going to the upper right corner of the screen opens the Charm, to the lower left opens the Start screen selection and swiping a program down closes it. The Search menu in the Start charm replaces the older Start>programs. Also I dragged a RUN icon into the launch tray to open Windows applications quickly.

Having the touch scream and a USB mouse/keyboard is nice.

+1 on audio losing daily.  It's rather annoying.  Yes driver has been updated to latest.
