First of all give us more details of what is your laptops model number, is it an Aspire A515-xx, or is it a Nitro like AN515-xx, or is it a Predator PH315-xx or PHN16-xx etc etc as this is important,

If you have lag with online music, its either the internet connection, but usually its because of the actual Wi-Fi/BT card that its driver is corrupted or the card is faulty and needs replacing.

First do an existing Bluetooth driver refresh like below:

Bluetooth Driver Refresh > Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > select your Bluetooth card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work.

If this doesn't work, completely uninstall the BT driver and reinstall the oem Acer initial BT driver from the Acer drivers and manuals page for your laptop model number. If this doesn't work, then your Wi-Fi/BT card is faulty and needs replacing. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve this problem.

Your Aspire A115-32 should be operating on Win-11 version 24H2 and updated to all the updates so that its running the last OS build: 26100.4770. So do the Win-11 update from the windows update that you have, as its the easiest and simplest way to update your Aspire 115-32 model from Win-10 OS that it has now to the latest Win-11 OS listed above.

With the Bluetooth driver, You haven't told us which Wi-Fi/BT card you have installed in your A115-32 laptop, as your Aspire A115-32 model has 4 different types of cards like listed below:

    1. LiteOn RTL8821CE Realtek,
    2. LiteOn QCA9377A,
    3. Intel FM9462 NGWG or
    4. Intel 9560 NGWG

These are all the cards that Acer fitted to your laptop, and you need to have the exact and appropriate Bluetooth driver for the card that is installed in your laptop, as they are all in the Acer support page for the aspire A115-32 laptop, so you have to start with the correct driver and then windows update will update the Bluetooth driver to the appropriate and compatible new Bluetooth driver. So do all that as then you will have NO problems with the Bluetooth drivers and or Wwireless drivers once your laptop is updated to the Win-11 OS. good luck and hope this helps you out further, to solve this problem.

The issue of sound lagging when using Bluetooth headphones with an Acer Aspire A115-32 while playing online music is likely due to a combination of factors, but can often be resolved by updating drivers, adjusting device settings, or addressing potential interference issues.

    Troubleshooting Steps:
    1. Update Bluetooth and Audio Drivers:
Go to Device Manager (search for it in the Windows search bar), expand "Bluetooth," right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Update driver." Repeat this for your audio drivers as well. If automatic updates don't resolve the issue, try manually installing drivers from the manufacturer's website (Acer or your Bluetooth device's manufacturer).
    2. Check for Interference:
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals can interfere with each other. Try moving your laptop closer to the Bluetooth device or disabling Wi-Fi temporarily to see if the issue improves.
    3. Adjust Bluetooth Settings:
In Windows, go to Bluetooth settings and ensure that "Show Bluetooth devices in the notification area" is enabled. This can sometimes help with connection stability.
    4. Disable Audio Enhancements:
Go to Sound settings, right-click on your Bluetooth headphones, select "Properties," and navigate to the "Enhancements" tab. Try disabling all enhancements to see if it improves the audio quality.
    5. Check for Software Conflicts:
Certain software, especially those related to audio processing or enhancement, can interfere with Bluetooth audio. Temporarily disabling such software might help identify if it's the cause.

I've got a Realtek Semiconductor Corp (LiteOn RTL8821CE Realtek), Driver date is 2021/11/01 and the driver version is 1.9. 1041.3002

The problem with my laptop is that when i try to connect to my speaker when im in the other room it doesn't want to connect at all and i just figured it out that it doesn't want to connect but when i get closer to the speaker it connect so easly and the music plays real well but when i take my laptop with me the music will start to lag of and if i keep on walking away the music will just not play at all but i can see that its still going and itys about to finish. So i'll return next to my speaker and it will play so that is not good cause now i cant use my laptop in my other room and use it to do other staff. I cant even watch videos on Youtube cause the sound is lagging.

I downloaded a bluetooth realtek driver and i installed it but when i go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > then i check the Driver for the Bluetooth and the version with the date its still the same so i dont know what i should do.

Is there another way to fix it since i've explained what's bothering me😔

If your speakers are Bluetooth speakers its the BT signal (read that link for What Is the Normal Range of Bluetooth? Understanding the Limits of Wireless Connectivity) as your BT signal must fade and can't penetrate your walls, as it has to be an unobstructed distance from your laptop to the speakers for the speakers to work at their best and with the strongest BT signal, as the BT signal can't penetrate brick or solid walls. Good luck and hope this helps you further.
