I had an old Notebook from 2019 i think just restarted it but nothing seems working. it directly started asking the language for keyboard and screen. i typed French. and then second screen was asking the wifi ssid and password. it is strange it does not detect all the ssids. so i typed in mùy ssid and password but it does not detect the wifi. and nothing can happens after that the screen stays frozen on the wifi. i can only shutdown then restart etc

i burned the chrome os into an sd card and plugged it. i changed in the setup the uefi to boot from usb and then i rebooted but nothing happened is found again the same screens asking for language and then the wifi …

i tried to identify the S/N at ACER support but this ID is not recognized.

i don't know how to continue and i'm asking some help from you and thank you for that.

The N16H1 "model number"doesn't help. They apparently reuse those numbers for different model lines. There should be a full model number on the same sticker that has your S/N and SNID. I think it likely if yours is an Acer One from 2019 it is likely one of the S1003 Switch models. It sounds like it has been reset to factory and is trying to go into the initial configuration. Just skip the network connection and set it up with a local user account, then try finding the right network drivers once the OS is up and running.

Hello Billsey this is the S/N with strangely is not recognized by Acer … ???

    NTLCQEF001XXXXXXXXXXXX

    MFG 2916-09

    Model N16H1

It displays on first screen "CLOUDREADY" aa aa aa f9-7048 72.4.27

I inserted an SD card and tried to force the One 10 to boot from that ISO but unsuccessful …

    I think all damaged ?

if so what is the solution ? any URL / link to download and to force a new firmware boot ?

    Thanks a lot !
