I have a new Swift SF16-51 and when I look in AcerSense it says that I'm using 0% of my RAM and CPU and that my CPU and system are at 0 zero degree Celsius. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey MumboFuze,

That sounds like a classic AcerSense misread—frustrating, but not uncommon. Here are a few things you can try to get it working properly:

    🔋 1. Check Power Source

AcerSense sometimes disables telemetry when running on battery to conserve power. Try plugging in your laptop and restarting AcerSense to see if readings return.

    🧼 2. Reinstall AcerSense

    • Uninstall AcerSense via Control Panel or Settings.
    • Reboot your system.
    • Reinstall the latest version from Acer’s support site for your model.

⚙️ 3. Disable AcerSense Services (Advanced)

If reinstalling doesn’t help, you can disable the background services manually:

    1. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
    2. Find AcerSense Service in the list.
    3. Right-click → Properties → Set Startup type to Disabled.
    4. Click Apply, then OK.
    5. Reboot your system.

This won’t fix AcerSense, but it can stop it from running broken telemetry in the background.

I reinstalled acersense and it shows actual data now, but I don't think it uses the fan properly. While playing multiple games I get huge fps drops from 100 to as little as 2. The fan keep running very silent so I don't think it's working properly. Do you know a way I might fix this?
