Hi @SUBHANKAR700 , Just chiming in to clarify something that might help. The Acer Swift Go 14 (Snapdragon X Plus model) doesn’t have an IR or depth-sensing webcam, which is required for Windows Hello facial recognition. That means facial login won’t work on this unit—even if the settings appear available.

    🔐 Suggested Workarounds:

    • If your model includes a fingerprint reader, that works perfectly with Windows Hello.
    • Otherwise, setting up a Hello PIN is your best bet.
    • If facial login is essential, consider a USB IR webcam like the ones from Logitech or Kaysuda—they’re plug-and-play compatible.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you need setup guidance or specific model info.

I have the same Laptop, and I'm facing the same issue. It was working earlier, but it has stopped now.

I tried reinstalling an earlier build of Windows, updating it, and also tried the insider build, but nothing seemed to be working.

Dude, just found a solution. I was trying to fiddle around and found out that deleting the drivers completely and then reinstalling them fixes the problem.

    First step

Download "DriverStore Explorer" from this link, extract it.

    Release DriverStore Explorer v0.12.95 · lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer · GitHub

    Second Step

    Run Rarp.exe

Then you'll see a window like this

Search for "qccam" and select every one of the software

    Third Step(Very Important)

After selecting all the INF files, click on "Export Driver" and save it in a folder.

    Fourth Step

After exporting the drivers, check "Force Deletion" and "Delete Driver(s)", and then restart the PC.

    Fifth Step

Open "Device Manager" and click on "Add Drivers"

And then select the folder where you have exported the old drivers and click on Next

After this restart and try to set up face unlock.
