Try to first clean these keys with a circuitry cleaner spray and apply underneath and push the keys up and down, to free them up, as they should work. If that doesn't fix these keys, then go to a keys replacement site or similar to that link, that have replacement keys for the Nitro AN16-41 laptop and replace these keys and see that works, if that doesn't work then you need to replace the keyboard and upper case as the keyboard is a sealed unit with the upper case of this laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is the upper case and keyboard US International language, if you need this language as there are other languages available

Thanks! I find it weird that an array of keys stopped working. Also, they work randomly... I'll try the contact cleaner for kicks and giggles but may end up buying a keyboard. I guess eBay is my best bet?

If some keys on your Acer Nitro AN16-41 keyboard are not working, it could be due to dust, debris, a loose or damaged ribbon cable, or individual key switch issues. Try cleaning the keys, updating drivers, or checking the ribbon cable connection. If the problem persists, you may need to replace the keyboard or seek professional repair. Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential causes and solutions:-

    1. Dust and Debris:
    Problem:
Dust, crumbs, or other small particles can accumulate under the keys and prevent them from registering presses.
    Solution:
Try cleaning the keyboard with compressed air or a soft brush. You can also try gently lifting the affected keys and cleaning underneath.
    2. Loose or Damaged Ribbon Cable:
Problem: The keyboard connects to the motherboard via a ribbon cable. If this connection is loose or damaged, it can cause keys to stop working.
    Solution:
You may need to carefully open the laptop (refer to online guides for your specific model) and check the connection. If it's loose, reseat it. If it's damaged, it may need to be replaced. This is best left to a professional if you're not comfortable with laptop disassembly.

Well Try to use any external keyboard if possible and see if the problem remain the same or not if the key on external keyboard is working then the current keyboard you are using have issue or check for damage on that particular key which are not working.
