Try to first clean these keys with a circuitry cleaner spray and apply underneath and push the keys up and down, to free them up, as they should work. If that doesn't fix these keys, then go to a keys replacement site or similar to that link, that have replacement keys for the Nitro AN16-41 laptop and replace these keys and see that works, if that doesn't work then you need to replace the keyboard and upper case as the keyboard is a sealed unit with the upper case of this laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is the upper case and keyboard US International language, if you need this language as there are other languages available

Thanks! I find it weird that an array of keys stopped working. Also, they work randomly... I'll try the contact cleaner for kicks and giggles but may end up buying a keyboard. I guess eBay is my best bet?
