No Display after Installing New RAM in Acer Aspire Lite (AL15-41), works fine with original RAM

I want to upgrade my RAM to 8gb to 16gb in my Acer Aspire Lite (AL15-41). There is already an 8gb stick (SK Hynix 8gb 3200mhz). I bought Dolgix Gold 8GB DDR4 RAM|3200MHz | Laptop/Notebook RAM| CL-22 | PC4-25600|1Rx8 Single Rank RAM but when I use this RAM in laptop. There is no display output. The power button light is on but not even a single pixel on screen shows little bit light. Therefore can't even access bios to give a mem86 test. But on reinserting the preinstalled ram (SK Hynix) the laptop works normally. I tried Resettign the CMOS battery by plugging it out for a minute and putting back in still no luck. I have used Dolgix ram in HP laptops in the past years. It was never an issue. First time Acer user.

What could be the issue?

The RAM looks fine. I recommend inserting both RAM sticks. Then, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. After that, release the button and press it again to turn on your laptop. Now, wait—your laptop may take some time to recognize the new RAM. It may appear unresponsive; please wait for 15–20 minutes.

OK. I did as you mentioned. I inserted the Dolgix RAM in the second slot. Turned on the laptop. Did Forced Shutdown by pressing Power button for 30 seconds. Turned on again. 30 minutes have passed still...... No Display.
