Blue flashing of the Power LED indicates the Battery is not charging. You might want to try another Power Adapter, or better bring the laptop and power adapter to Acer Services in your country for checking, this is a rather new laptop so I don't recommend opening the back cover. If you see a battery reset pinhole on the back of the laptop with a small battery symbol you can try inserting a pin in that hole till you feel it click (microswitch) and keep pressing for 10 seconds that will reset the battery.

A blinking blue light on an Acer Aspire 7 laptop typically indicates a power issue, potentially related to the battery or power supply. It could also signal a hardware problem, like loose RAM modules, or a failed power cycle. To troubleshoot, try a hard shut down by holding the power button for 30 seconds, resetting the BIOS, or checking the battery health.

    Troubleshooting Steps:-
    Hard Shut Down:
Disconnect the AC adapter and battery (if possible).
Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds.
Reattach the AC adapter and attempt to power on.
    BIOS Reset:
    Disconnect the AC adapter.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    Wait 30 minutes.
Reconnect the AC adapter and try to power on.
    Check Battery Health:
Use the Windows battery report to assess the battery's condition.
    Check for Kinks or Damage:
Inspect the power cord and AC adapter for any visible damage or kinks.
    Try a Different AC Adapter:
If possible, test with a different AC adapter to rule out a faulty adapter.
    Check RAM:
If the problem persists, consider reseating the RAM modules.
    Additional Tips:
Update Windows: Ensure your operating system is up-to-date.
Consult Acer Support: If the issue continues, reach out to Acer support for further assistance.
