Hi @Rosenda this option doesn't exist on current computers and has been replaced by UEFI mode. It's no longer necessary with newer drives. What exactly is happening?
What do you need to do?

First, check if the drive appears in the BIOS to rule out a physical problem with the drive itself.
Did the problem occur after some type of update?
Has the computer been hit or dropped?

II understand you want to reinstall Windows from a USB drive?
If you want to reinstall Windows, you can try it first from the Acer recovery options:

How to Factory Reset Windows - Acer Community

If you want to do it from a USB drive, you must create it from the Microsoft website using their own tool. Once created, connect it to the USB drive, turn on the computer, press F12 to access the boot options, and select the USB drive:

    Download Windows 11

    Download Windows 10
