Ah ok. Odd the 5600MHz 32GB (16GBx2) is cheaper than the 4800MHz on Amazon too.

This particular model of Nitro I am guessing will never be a high scorer on 3DMark benchmarks due to limitations by the GPU and CPU. And oddly enough it lists on the laptop that the GPU has 8GB of RAM when it only has 6GB.

The Acer Nitro V ANV15-41-R2Y3 gaming laptop can be upgraded to 32GB of RAM by adding another 16GB module. Upgrading RAM can improve performance, especially if you're running Windows 11 or engaging in resource-intensive tasks. The laptop also has an extra M.2 slot for storage expansion.
    RAM Upgrade Details:
    Maximum RAM:
The ANV15-41-R2Y3 can support up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM, with the factory configuration including 16GB.
    Upgrade:
To reach 32GB, you'll need to add another 16GB RAM module, as the laptop has two memory slots.
    Compatibility:
Ensure the new RAM module is DDR5-4800MHz and is a SODIMM (Small Outline Dual In-Line Memory Module) type, as specified by Acer for this model.
    Performance:
Upgrading to 32GB can improve overall system responsiveness and allow you to run more applications and games simultaneously without performance drops.
    Performance Issues and Troubleshooting:
    RAM issues:
If you're experiencing performance issues after upgrading RAM, try restarting your computer and ensuring the new RAM is properly seated.
    NitroSense:
Make sure NitroSense is up-to-date and functioning correctly, as it can affect performance settings.
    Temperature:
Monitor your laptop's temperature, especially after adding an extra M.2 SSD. Ensure the cooling system is working properly and that the vents are not blocked.
    Driver updates:
Keep your drivers, especially the graphics driver, up-to-date to ensure optimal performance and stability.
    Other Considerations:
Warranty: While RAM upgrades are generally safe and don't void your warranty, it's a good idea to check with Acer support to confirm.
Storage Upgrade: You can also add an additional M.2 SSD for increased storage capacity.
SSD and RAM issues: If you're experiencing issues with both SSD and RAM after upgrades, it's recommended to consult with Acer support or a qualified technician
