Hello everyone. I have a notebook set up for dynamic frequency variation (Predator Helios Neo 16 2024). Unfortunately in Windows, as you can see in the photo, it tells me that "Variable refresh rate: Not supported"..
I have already reviewed, reinstalled and verified the drivers.. I don't know what to look for anymore.
Just to clarify: I did a clean installation of Windows11 and switched to PRO (the HOME version is available with the notebook).
Please help me!!!!

This will depend on whether the monitor supports the variable refresh rate.

    Has this option worked previously?

Your Predator Helios Neo 16 2024 notebook is set up for dynamic frequency variation, but Windows reports that "Variable refresh rate: Not supported." You've already reviewed, reinstalled, and verified drivers, and even performed a clean Windows 11 installation, upgrading to Pro from Home. To proceed further, confirm that your monitor supports variable refresh rate, check BIOS settings for any relevant options, reinstall the OEM Acer Intel VGA driver, and review Windows display settings to ensure the refresh rate options aren't disabled.
