Can I set the RAM xmp profile on the Acer Aspire TC-895

I want to put 2 slats of 16GB ddr4 with a frequency of 3200 on the Acer Aspire TC-895. I want to know if this frequency will start if I have an i5 11400f? I couldn't find where to set it in the bios, I even updated it to the latest version - it didn't help, I can't find how to set the RAM frequency.

The BIOS for the Acer Aspire TC-895 does not support XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) for RAM modules. This means that even if you install RAM with higher frequencies, the system will default to the standard JEDEC profile, typically running at 2666 MHz, depending on the CPU and RAM compatibility. Some XMP modules that revert to JEDEC profile start at lower rate not confirmed by BIOS and the system won't boot.

All will run at default 2666 MHz . No adjustment is available.

Maximum RAM Speed for Acer Aspire TC-895

    Supported RAM Type and Speed

The Acer Aspire TC-895 supports DDR4 SDRAM with a maximum official speed of 2666 MHz (PC4-21300)359. While some sources mention 2933 MHz or even 3200 MHz modules, the system will automatically downclock higher-speed RAM to the maximum supported speed, which is 2666 MHz, due to motherboard and chipset limitations567.

    Key Specifications:

    • Maximum RAM Capacity: 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)
    • RAM Type: DDR4, 288-pin DIMM, Non-ECC, Unbuffered
    • Maximum Supported Speed: 2666 MHz (PC4-21300)359

    Important Notes:

    • The TC-895 does not support XMP profiles or memory overclocking, so RAM will run at its default JEDEC speed, not at any advertised overclocked speeds58.
    • If you install RAM rated above 2666 MHz (e.g., 2933 or 3200 MHz), it will still operate at 2666 MHz or lower, depending on the CPU and BIOS67.
    • For best compatibility and performance, use matched pairs of RAM modules67.

The TC-895 uses the type DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 type ram that you should only use. If you want to upgrade this desktop and get appropriate ram then see Crucial ram upgrade for the TC-895 desktop, as they sell appropriate ram for this desktop. As far as Intel is concerned, the i5-11400F cpu only works with DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 type ram and as far as Intel is concerned can operate with a max 128GB ram capacity which I don't thing that the TC-895 bios is programmed to use. But it could work with 64GB, so do your research.

If you want the 32GB Kit use these ram modules from Crucial which is a Micron built ram that will 100% in your desktop.
