Hi there, I have had a problem for 2 years now. when playing high games like Call of duty series or any games with high usage of GPU I hear an electric sound while playing. I tried a 3.5mm headset and USB headset and a wirless headset, but all of that doesn't work and still hearing electric sound while playing, and tried to get an AMP or external soundcard and still no fix. the only solution that works for me is Bluetooth headset but I don't love and enjoy with Bluetooth headset because it has a delay between the PC and the Headset, I returned the device when was under warranty but they didn't fix it. I don't know what to replace is it the PowerSupply or what? please hepl ):

Hi @Waleed20011 make sure that the equipment is connected to a grounded wall socket.
If you use an extension cord, make sure that the extension cord is grounded and is connected to a grounded wall socket.

It must be a problem with the filters in the electrical circuit that do not isolate well, so I am not sure if it is an internal problem or a power supply problem, but the strange thing is that the problem does not play through Bluetooth, if it were a problem with electrical spurs, it should affect all audio regardless of whether it is the internal speaker, wired headset/speaker or headset/speaker via BT.
When sent it to be repaired, had the problem disappeared?

What do you actually mean by "an electric sound"? buzzing, crackling, thunder? :)
