ACER Nitro ANV15-51 Battery not charging but works when charger is plugged in.

I bought an ACER Nitro ANV15-51 in Jan 2024 and exactly 1 year and 5 days it got a problem

The battery of the laptop is not getting charged even after plugging in for 3 to 5 hours.

The battery indicator is in amber state after charging for many hours.

The laptop works fine when turned on after plugging in the charger, but battery percentage doesn't increase after many hours of charging. I'm using the brick charger 135W which came along with the laptop.

If anyone has faced similar problem and resolved it, please support by sharing the solution.

    There is no sound. It's not getting reset.

    Battery is 0%. Laptop turns on when plugged into the charger but the battery shows 0%.

    In that case, take the computer to a technical service to check the battery, it may need to be replaced.

    Service centre said its board issue and has to replace the motherboard and it's out of warranty. Warranty just expired 10 days ago.

    Try this: turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
