The output from my headphones sounds suppressed like if some sound suppressing thing is suppressing the background noise just like it does in discord. But, the speakers are fine and normal. I tested my headphones in another device and it worked fine. I have acer nitro V15. I've tested and tweaked every last bit of settings in the sound settings in control panel, Realtek audio console, acer purified voice console, dts:X Ultra - changed every bit of settings that I can. Even contacted Microsoft support. Nothing worked!

That another post got deleted that had the second video. Here is the other video*:

I'm 99.99% sure that this is not a hardware problem as I've tested it on a different device and it works just fine. But still, it's a cheap headphone. I'm not sure about the model no. and stuff. This is the link:

I don't think you quite get the issue here. Let's say for an example, I want to watch a video or some music. The audio from my headset outputs that video/music in a very suppressed way as I showed from that video. If you haven't watched that video, please do watch as it'll clear everything up. The issue is not related to the microphone at all. And, I don't even use my microphone in my headset because there's no port in the nitro V15 for a mic. Answering your question, well, nothing happens when I detach my microphone because it doesn't exist.
Here are the links to the videos that show the issue I'm facing:
Thanks for the clarification. I tested the headset on a mobile phone. The headset worked fine before some time. The headset has different wires for sound and mic and V15 has a single port so, I can only use the sound cable.

I've tried that but nothing seems to have changed. It's most likely a software issue or something that is suppressing the background noise I think of that because it is not suppressing human words. Just how discord's noise suppression does it. I've provided another video here. Hope it helps. 1st one is the output of my headsets which is not fine and second one is off off my laptop's speakers that is working fine. There are two clicks heard after the audio jack is removed. I didn't plug off the mic port because there's no place for it in the laptop so, it's just dangling around but the recording reveals two pops. Just adding as much info as I can

Thanks for the clarification. But, I still have confused thoughts. As I said previously, the headset worked fine before but now, it is not. That clarifies that the headphones indeed don't have an impedance of 1300 ohms and also because I got it for like 10$ USD. So, we know for sure that it's not a hardware issue and rather a software issue.
And yes, I get that the laptop has mixed ports in a single one that acts like a both headphone and mic port but, my headsets have separate cables for mic and audio. So, NO I don't use my headset's mic and rather use the laptop's because I only have ONE hole. Got me? And, I did a lot of wiggling around with the jack and the audio quality is still as bad as before and it is a tight and a snug fit. So, not the hardware, not the connection, just the software. As per my non-existing knowledge*.
You're dedication and help is appreciated!
Thanks :)

Amazon and ebay specs are always wrong. Google monster G902 and you will find impediance from 20 all the way to 2200 —- and most will say microphone impediance which is not JackE is talking about.
You have an AI noise cancellation problem. You have to turn it off.
The problem is that AI noise cancellation is everywhere —- they can be in realtek audio console, acer purified voice, nvidia broadcast, discord, obs studio…
Yes, it's definitely an AI noise cancellation problem. Can you suggest me how can I turn it off?
I've already tweaked with the settings in realtek audio console and then I deleted the app; also, acer purified voice I turned everything related to AI noise cancellation; nothing worked and I deleted that, I don't have nvidia boardcast. I don't use discord app and I have Obs studio but I'm not actively recording so, OBS is not usually running. I've also tweaked with the settings in the control panel settings. Nothing seems to have worked.
