WIndows does not recognize m2-disks on my one month old Acer Nitro 50-656

After a few weeks Windows 11 refused to recognize the original 512 WD M2 disk, the same happens to a new Samsung 990 Pro disk. Windows presents the blue screen repair options, and I have tried them all without success.

Both disks are recognized by BIOS (ver 1.05). I installed Ubuntu after this problem occured, and Ubuntu runs without problems.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
