Try and refresh the BT driver first by doing this:
Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > select the AX201 Wi-Fi card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.
If the Wi-Fi doesn't work then reinstall the oem Acer Intel driver for the AX201 card the version 22.40.0.7 and then let windows update update this Wi-Fi driver to the most appropriate driver for your laptop, as then the Wi-Fi will work, if not then you have problems with your modem and provider or the WLAN/BT card is faulty. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Hi,
You could try using different DNS address, I have included few addresses, try them one by one and one of them will give you a good connection.
Google DNS address: Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
Open Address: Primary: 208.67.222.222
Secondary: 208.67.220.220
Cloudflare: Primary: 1.1.1.1
Secondary: 1.0.0.1
Go to Control panel, Network and internet, Network and Sharing centre, click your WiFi

You can use a Lan cable for the meantime to download the driver or download the installer using other computer and save it in the USB flash drive and install it.
Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and try to connect to the wifi.
