Why is the Screen outline/frame shaking (Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop | PHN16-72(2024))?

I recently bought the Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop (PHN16-72, 2024 model, Black). However, I noticed an issue with the screen border: the right side shakes slightly, while the other sides (left, top, and bottom) are fine. I replaced the laptop, but the second unit has the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

If this is the second laptop that you have and Acer replaced the first laptop, then that is how the PHN16-72 models screen are, and that is normal. Don't touch it like you are doing in your video, as that will loosen it even more😁the LED screen is glued with double sided adhesive tape to the top laptop lid cover, and as long as the screen image is not affected and is working 100% don't worry about it, as that is how the laptop screen is secured and the screen will not fall onto your hands.

    1. settings > general > performance
    2. Untick use recommended performance settings
    3. Enable hardware acceleration. That's it!

    I hope this helps!

I’m concerned that if something happens to the screen in the future, I might have to spend a significant amount to replace it. Since this seems like a manufacturing defect, Acer should provide a solution for this. I’d also like to hear from others who may have experienced the same issue or it's only me.
