What video cards are compatible with Predator Orion PO3-650 after motherboard & Video card burnedout

In February I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 PO3-650 and from the very first day the monitor would sometimes blink. It was clear that something was wrong with the video card. I kept updating the drivers hoping that the problem would be solved, but one day the display signal disappeared and the computer would not turn on anymore.

Now I am the happy owner of a piece of junk. The Acer support site does not open in my country (only the USA and Canada).

It turned out that the video card was defective and it burned out along with the motherboard.

The local service center repaired the motherboard, but the processor on the video card burned out.

But now I can't find a video card for this stupid motherboard. Old cards don't work (GT series), Radeon RX too. Turned on with 3060, but after expensive repairs there is no budget for such a card.

What cards does this computer support?
And how are such issues related to defects resolved? (I would also like to hear an official opinion). After this incident, the trust in the Acer brand has been damaged very badly.

Thank you. I apologize for some rudeness, but I couldn't say it any other way.

And older ones should work as well. What country are you in that Acer doesn't have support? They have service centers in most countries around the world, not just the USA and Canada. The US site only does USA and Canada, but there are different sites for other countries. I'm guessing when the motherboard went bad the PCIe slot went bad as well, and the repair didn't fix the slot.

Below is the list of all the PO3-650 desktops Acer service guide gpu's that Acer fits to this desktop, see if you can get any of these similar gpu's in your country or get a seller to ship to your country, as the Acer listed part number gpu's below are at least 100% more expensive than the equivalent gpu's from other manufacturers for the same models. If you don't have the top of the range 750W PO3-650 PSU then buy the 750W PSU listed below, if the gpu that you want to fit requires more than 500W of power. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Thanks for the reply. I am in Armenia and when I try to go to the support page from the official website I get an error. I found only certified service centers here, but they do not handle warranty cases. Considering that the computer was purchased in the USA, no company will agree to handle this case.

I am very surprised by the quality of Acer and the limited service. The specified web resources open via VPN, but I cannot open case in this way because I do not have an address in the USA and the computer is physically located here. Sending to the USA will cost more than buying a new powerful 3060.

Thanks for the detailed answer. I had RTX 3060 12GB installed on my computer. The power supply was 500W, but it handled the video card.

I'll look at something from the list provided.

Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative way to contact Acer?

I am very worried that I was the one who insisted on buying Acer and now I am in an unpleasant state. Such quality and service is unacceptable from such a company.

The first thing I did was call them.

Unfortunately, they do not deal with devices that were purchased outside the region. According to them, Acer does not have an international warranty.

That's why I turned to the forum to find solutions.

Sorry for the late reply. As far as I understand, this only applies to laptops and tablets. I have the desktop version of Predator.
