How to enable AMD-V on Acer Nitro ANV15-41 with Ryzen 5 7535HS?
Motherboard: Acer Nitro ANV15-41, Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS. The BIOS does not have an option to enable AMD-V, and this option does not appear with hotkeys either. The Task Manager indicates that virtualization is enabled. Windows Sandbox is disabled, as is Hyper-V. However, when enabling virtualization in VMware, it complains and says that it is not enabled. How can this issue be resolved?

It's SVM mode in the BIOS. If it is already turned on, try toggling it off, then save and exit. Boot again, turn on SVM, and save and exit.

Disable Conflicting Features:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off.
- Ensure that Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, and Windows Hypervisor Platform are unchecked. Restart your system after making changes. Now check
- As I think visualization is enabled by system. Its VMware issue. Make sure you are using latest version.
If issue persists, Consider updating the BIOS to the latest version. Use below link for instructions:

Update your AMD chipset driver. I already selected laptop chipset driver. So just go through link then download and install:
After installation, restart your laptop and check. If issue persists then enable these features again as they are not causing any interference and for some users enabling them again solved the issue.
- Go to
Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off
. - Ensure that
Hyper-V
,Virtual Machine Platform
, andWindows Hypervisor Platform
are checked. Restart your system after making changes. - Now it should work Check again.
