ConceptD CN515-51 Not Charging. I did try the pin hole reset as well and it didn't help.
I have this issue of my ConceptD CN515-51 Not Charging and powers on only when plugged in. I have the adapter that came with the laptop. Acer Self Care app says the battery condition is good. Do I have to change my battery? I did try the pin hole reset as well and it didn't help. Which model battery should I buy? I looked up the manual and I don't see where I can find the battery model.

Hi, this model is from April 2019 and if still the original battery very likely to be bad after 5 years. Run a battery report or just get a new battery:
