Acer Nitro AN515-58-79A5 NitroSense keeps resetting to default

When I reboot my laptop or do a cold boot of it, NitroSense keeps resetting to default. I tried updating the BIOS, updating NitroSense to the latest version (I had a previous version installed), and updating the drivers. Those did not fix the issue where NitroSense wasn't working. What I haven't done yet was reinstalling the program to see if it'll fix it, I doubt it would. Is there any way to fix this annoying issue? I am on Windows 11 Home 22H2. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Did you tried running Nitro Sense app with Administrator privileges!?

    Also another issue I'm facing since getting the laptop and doing a fresh install of Windows 11 is True Harmony in Nitro Sense gets stuck at music. When I change the presents in True Harmony, it reverts back to Music. I don't see a True Harmony setting in Realtek Audio Console.

    What version of Nitro Sense app do you currently have installed?

    31.3052.0. The same issue was happening with 3.01.3044

    Just an update. I was able to fix the issue where everytime I reboot my laptop or turn it on, NitroSense will switch modes back to default. I set all NitroSense apps to run under administrator mode and took ownership of everything in (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps) including where all of the NitroSense assets are located. It is still a buggy program to use. I cannot get NitroSense to open using the key on the keyboard and it'll freeze when I try to change the audio presents.

    Acer if you're reading this, please fix NitroSense. It is full of bugs and instability.

    Running NitroSense 3.1.3052.0 in Windows 11 Home x64 22H2 Build 22.621.1848

    Acer had to correct not only these, but all of its poorly developed programs. Acer Care Center (ACCStd.exe) constantly shows errors.

    I've tried installing older versions of NitroSense such as 3.01.3044 and 3.01.3046 which was the version the issue started to happen. That still hasn't fixed the issue.

    Another update. I had MUX switch enabled in the BIOS so I turned it off and it still hasn't made a difference. Acer, just please fix your buggy software.
