I expect the white fan blades reflect more, the clear blades the light goes through as well as reflect.

well i found a youtube video explaining it, on the mobius fans they decided to put the leds on the back side instead of in the center, so that changes everything, they wanted reflected light but it doesnt look as good, but they are higher rpms and higher quality and really quiet almost to quiet heh

so question so I’m going to upgrade to the noctua cpu cooler, so is the front fan a intake and the rear fan a exhaust, and as far as putting in the fans on the top of the case those should be exhaust as well, and should I upgrade the stock fans that come with the noctua to a higher rpm fam. As my pc is seeing 140-195 degree temps not Celsius but degree and I want to stream but I don’t want to damage the pc

i replaced every fan in my 5000 case with cooler master mobius high velocity fans, and even on the Noctua NH-U12A.

and yeah, both on top should be exhaust.

and yes, for the cooler fan orientation look at the directions and images and you will see.

and when u added the 2 exhaust on the top did you have enough plugs on the mb or did u have to purchase like a muli plug for the extra fans

well, anything will work with the acer branded mb's, i even had 2x24@7200 in mine at one time but it wouldn't post-run on 7200 and that was a limitation of the IMC on my 12700K. so i had to run 4400 the default.

i also had 2x16@7000 same issue my 12000F i had at that time wouldn't run 7000 then one other time i had it running on 2x16@6200.

well, the Noctua cooler comes with a fan splitter so use that for the 2 fans on the cooler and that will plug into the same port on the mb where the original cooler fan was-is.

yes unless you are taking out the acer mb and using the hardware in the Noctua kit for the cooler.

It's worth noting that 140-195F is only 60-90C, so no real cooling issues there. The Noctua will help to drop that max by 10-15C.

use this as your guide for fans and how they should be facing.

so, every fan you see here is an exhaust and correct.

but also, when in the front of the case they are intake even though they are all facing the same way.

so, it all depends on the placement in the case to be labeled as intake-exhaust, yet all face the same way.
