I need audio drivers for the Nitro ANV15-51 for Windows 11 Pro

I purchased an external microphone, the HyperX QuadCast, and started streaming. A friend came by and mentioned that I had a problem. After some investigation, it turned out that the microphone can operate in 24-bit format, but the settings only show 16-bit. I went looking for drivers for my Acer Nitro ANV15-51, and after downloading the latest version, nothing changed. I was advised to uninstall my Windows 11 Pro and switch to Windows 10; most likely, then the microphone's potential will be unlocked.

I should note that if you look at the microphone's functionality, the ADC resolution is 16 bits, but it can be unlocked. I believe the people here are not foolish; they understand everything themselves.I scoured numerous forums in English, but I couldn't find anything that would help me. Everything that was suggested were superficial guesses that changed nothing.

Ultimately, I was directed here as the final destination where I can finally get an answer that will either not satisfy me or, on the contrary, resolve my problem

    The CMedia CM6400 chip inside the HyperX QuadCast (plenty of teardown images and videos) can only do 16 bit. There is nothing to unlock.

    Hi, this laptop has the Realtek ALC255 audio chip that with other codecs (Intel and Nvidia) and Windows control your sound system. Do not uninstall or install Realtek drivers manually as these are integrated, you have to use DDU in Safe mode (see link) to uninstall Realtek Audio Drivers and then just reboot, Windows will install all the audio drivers.     The OP is talking about his usb microphone which has nothing to do with realtek audio chip.

    After installing this file, the microphone voice quality became just terrible. Can you please help me solve this problem?

    The update from Windows Update required the installation of a new update, I updated it, and the microphone sound changed as shown in the screenshot. Visiting all microphone settings, everything is turned up to maximum, but the microphone sound is terrible

    DTS only affects playback, nothing to do with recording.

    Don't understand the 2nd screenshot at all.

    I can tell you that whatever your problem is —- it's likely not going to be the 2nd screenshot. More likely is that whatever you and your friend were trying to "improve" your microphone to 24 bit created this problem for you.
