It was behaving normally like always, was playing games then i saw there was a windows update pending so i choose the option update and shutdown. Then I was gone for 2 hours, when I came back my laptop wont turn on.

  • Probably bad updates. Don't install them again. For now, perform system restore point.

To perform a system restore using the G8 key on startup, follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your computer.
    2. Power it on and immediately start pressing the F8 key repeatedly until the recovery menu appears.
    3. Select Troubleshoot from the options.
    4. Select System Restore:
    5. In the Advanced Options menu, look for System Restore and select it.
    6. You may need to choose your user account and enter your password.
    7. Choose a Restore Point:
      • Follow the prompts to select a restore point from the list provided. This will be a point in time before any issues began.
      • Confirm your selection and proceed with the restoration process.
    8. Complete the Restoration:
      • The system will restart, and it may take some time to complete the restoration process. Once finished, your system should be reverted to the selected restore point.

Do the Hard Reset but this time take the bios battery out also and then with a paper clip, short its + and - pins for 2 seconds out, after you have removed the main battery and the ram, leave everything disconnected for 15min, reconnect all components and also check if the ram is faulty by inserting another module that you know that works, or if you have 2x ram modules only insert 1x only and swap the ram modules to see if any are faulty, as a faulty ram module will cause a blank screen and a no boot, as and after your ram is checked and its ok and you have done all the above, the laptop should boot properly if all its circuitries are functioning properly

If the laptop doesn't boot after doing all the above, then your laptop has problems in its primary power stage circuitries inside the laptop, these circuitries turn the laptop on, this is either with a capacitor or a mossat that has burned out or shorted and needs replacing but, if its a mosat in the primary power stages, its allot more critical as the power mosats govern the power going to the cpu or gpu and in a worst case scenario you could have burned out the cpu or gpu and that means a no repair and you need a new motherboard replacement Best is to take your laptop to an experience technician that has all the tools and micro soldering equipment to analyze and fix your laptop.

After a Windows update and shutdown, your laptop now won't turn on. First, perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power adapter and removing the battery (if removable). Hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain any residual power, then reconnect the battery and power adapter and try turning it on again. Ensure the power adapter is properly connected and the battery is secure, and try a different power adapter if available. Reset the BIOS by disconnecting the power adapter, holding the power button for 10 seconds, reconnecting the adapter, and trying to turn on the laptop again. If it doesn't boot, press F2 repeatedly to enter the BIOS setup, load the default settings, and save changes. If the laptop powers on but doesn't boot into Windows, perform a system restore to a point when it was working properly by pressing and holding the power button during startup until the PC shuts down, repeating this process three times, then choosing advanced startup options and selecting "Restore my computer to an earlier point."
