    Your ChromBooks Keyboard
is a 74-/75-/78-key Acer FineTip keyboard with international language support, if the keypad is faulty the whole upper cover needs to be changed as the keyboard is a part of the upper cover'

Your laptop is under the Acer 12months warranty, don't open it and/or damage the laptop in any way, send your ChromeBook CP314-2HN to Acer Tech Support in your country so that they can change the upper case and keyboard as you must have a faulty keyboard with the keyboard if the @ or Y or Z keys don't work properly. Good luck and hope this helps you out>

This is the US language upper case and keyboard

Likely you have the wrong language setup. A fair number of the keyboards for specific languages have the y and z swapped, and a different character for shifted 2 than @.

May be the wrong keyboard language layout, check the bottom right and change it back to English (US).
