Hi.

I was just wondering if it was possible to run 2 x16GB Kensington fury DDR5 5600mhz in my Acer Predator 3000 PO3-655 with the XMP enabled?

I was given by my brother and installed them in the recommended A1 & A2 slots as recommended in the Acer Ram Install guide, I found but no matter which way i Install them I can't get the Bios to load the Memory Section in the advanced Bios screen.

I guessing the Motherboard doesn't allow XMP but thought I would check here before I give up and live with them as is.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Hi, the Acer Predator Orion 3000 PO3-655 does support RAM with XMP (Extreme Memory Profile), BIOS does not allow you to overclock your RAM for better performance.

Also, the default speed used in the PO3-655 is 5600, so those should run at full speed, no need for overclocking.

I thought the same when i installed it @billsey but it appears to only be running at 4400MT/s still.

What speed did the stock memory run at, and what memory was installed from the factory?
