eScooter model Acer ES Series 5 (AES015) repair issue, How to verify Identify beyond stickers?

I hand over to service Kron IT, d.o.o. , Slovenia, my eScooter model Acer ES Series 5 (AES015), because it stopped working.

Month passed and They informed me it was doused with liquid. I disagreed. I requested photos and find out that they showing me not my eScooter.

Question: is there any other way to determine identity of eScooter besides two stickers on outer side of the frame?
