Problem with Predatorsense app in Helios 16 2023. Windows 11 My RGB light is not changing

Ok, I really really hope this post helps because this has been driving me nuts for a couple days now and all these suggestions did not work for me.

I found out that the problem is in the windows registry.

What you have to do to fix it is,

Uninstall the 3 predator sense apps you will find in your apps list.
Use registry cleaner software (like CCleaner) to clean the registry issues. If you use CCleaner, just do a "custom scan" and look for regedit cleaner, or registry scan. do the scan and check to see if it found issues with any PredatorSense items. Mine had quite a few.
Once your done with cleaning the registry, Just do a clean install of Predator Sense that you can find from Acer support website.

I can confirm this worked for me on my Predator Helios Neo 16. When reinstalling the Predator sense application after cleaning registry it took a noticeably longer time to finish the install. That can be your early indicator that it worked on yours hopefully.

in the downloaded folder of predator sense, open this subfolder "UWP" once you open it you will see an APPX type file just click that file and your predator sense will surely start working, once it opens it will ask you to update to a latest version simply ignore it and your app will work just fine. Let me know if it doesn't works for you.
