If you're having trouble opening NitroSense on your Acer Nitro V15 laptop, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    Check if NitroSense is Installed:
Make sure that NitroSense is installed on your laptop. Sometimes, it might not be pre-installed, and you may need to download it from the official Acer website.
    Update NitroSense:
Ensure that you have the latest version of NitroSense installed. Outdated versions might have bugs or compatibility issues.
    Restart Your Laptop:
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches. Restart your laptop and try opening NitroSense again.
    Shortcut Key:
In some Acer laptops, there is a dedicated shortcut key to launch NitroSense. Check your laptop's manual or look for any keyboard shortcuts related to NitroSense.
    Check for Updates:
Make sure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, system updates can affect the functionality of certain applications.
    Reinstall NitroSense:
If the problem persists, try uninstalling NitroSense and then reinstalling it. This can fix any corrupted files or settings.
    Run as Administrator:
Right-click on the NitroSense shortcut or executable file and choose "Run as Administrator." This can sometimes bypass permission issues.
    Antivirus or Security Software:
Your antivirus or security software might be blocking NitroSense. Check your security software settings and ensure that NitroSense is allowed.
Remember that specific details may vary based on your laptop model and the version of NitroSense you are using. Always refer to the official documentation or support channels for accurate and model-specific information.

I had the same problem and couldn’t solve it, so I started searching the Acer community, reading several discussions, and trying everything I could. After many attempts, I managed to solve it as follows:

You need to follow these two steps:

    1. After installing NitroSense (the version specific to your notebook model), go to Local Disk C/Program Files/Acer/NitroSense Service. Inside this folder, there are several NitroSense applications with names starting with "PS…". You need to run all of them as an administrator.
    2. Then, go back to the folder where the NitroSense installer is located (in the same folder as the setup, there’s a folder named NitroSenseV3.1). Inside it, in my version, there’s a file named "ba4fabaecaf34ebebd9228c1690a2a96" in APPXBUNDLE format (the file name may vary depending on the NitroSense version, so look for the equivalent file for your version). When you open it, there’s an option to reinstall. Select reinstall, and after that, NitroSense will work again.

Note 1: I had already reinstalled several times (using the app with a name made up of various letters and numbers), but none of them worked. I had also run all the "PS…" files as an administrator and tried opening NitroSense again, but it didn’t work either. Only this time, when I performed both steps together, it worked.

Note 2: The images have text in Portuguese because I’m Brazilian and my system is in Portuguese, but it’s still understandable.
