I was passing my hand on my laptop top lid and I felt something like a vibration. At first, I thought it's the effect of the material, but I tried to remove the charger and try again, I felt nothing. So, is it normal? Has anyone encountered the same issue with this laptop or other laptops and is there a solution for it? (My laptop is a Helios neo 16 with core i9 14900hx and rtx4060)

Hi @MostafaSR99 what you are saying happens when the power supply is not connected to a grounded outlet. If possible, always use wall outlets or, if you are going to use a cable extension cord, make sure it also includes a grounding plug.

    Regards.

It is not a problem with the equipment and will not affect its operation, however, for greater peace of mind, please do so and contact the seller, tell me about the problem and let me know.

    Regards.

Unfortunately I don't have a grounded outlet but is this an issue with the charger or the laptop itself so that this happened? and should I contact the seller to fix the issue? I just bought it yesterday and I want to know if this is normal maybe
