Acer S200HL installed base arm backwards

Member Posts: 3 New User

I have an Acer S200HL which i  installed base arm backwards.  It is in so tight, i cannot get it out to put it in correct.  Is there a trick to doing this?  Right now I can site the monitor on it but does not lock and has the smaller side of the base on the front so not the most stable way to work with it but it does.

Any tips?

We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.

Thanks for the reply, however, that is the first thing I did.  They said they could not help me and that I would return to the store I bought (which was online) or try the forum.

If you are unable to remove it, I'm not sure how I would be able to do so from here.

The options remaining are those listed above.

Well to make things worse, I have moved and now lost the base.  Does Acer sell replacments or other options like a vesa mount or something?

Contact the Acer Store or Technical Support to see if they have parts available for the monitor.
