Also Check the condition of the battery. Boot in Safe Mode (Shift + Restart) in Windows and observe for an hour or so if that is stable (no restarts), if OK that would be an indication that the dGPU driver needs to be reinstalled. Sometimes, the problem lies in a glitchy app or a bug in the operating system. Malware and ransomware: Rare but possible. Some malwares can force your PC to restart, often to complete the infection by altering essential system files.

Well, a month has passed without freezes and statuses. First I had problems with micro friezes in games - fixed it by disabling Ftpm in bios (just google it), second problem was random crashes when watching videos in the browser and when watching my friends broadcast in discord - fixed it by disabling hardware acceleration in both programs. Hope this helps you.

This is still happening to me every day. I have the Acer Aspire 7 A715-42G AMD Ryzen 7 if that helps you help me. I'm unable to attach the .dmp file from C:\Windows\Minidump. Apparently these are owned by Microsoft and I can't even make myself the owner of the files via properties/security.
