As your Predator PNH16-71 laptop is under the Acer 2 years warranty you need to send this laptop to Acer Tech Support in your area, as one of the fixes is to do a Hard Reset, which entails taking the battery out, disconnecting the RTC/BIOS battery and then shoring this batteries +&- pins of the mainboard plug to reset CMOS and then taking the ram out and leaving the laptop like that for 15min and then reconnection everything and rebooting the laptop, as this should reset the main EC and Chipset chips and your laptop should reboot.

If that doesn't fix this problem, then its a different issue and could be the bios chip programing that might have been affected and Acer could replace the bios chip or just replace the mainboard. etc etc to fix this laptop. Yoo should seriously consider taking/sending your laptop to Acer Tech Support and don't try to fix this yourself, as a mainboard is very expensive for this laptop and like costs USD $2300 new and other parts are also expensive. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I found a way to fix this. Previously, I also had an update for the Predator Sense application, and I was curious to change the boot logo in the Predator Sense settings. Unfortunately, an error occurred and it got stuck on the boot logo image I selected, preventing access to BIOS and other functions.

However, I found a way to address this issue. I removed the SSD where my OS was installed and connected it to another laptop. This allowed me to boot into Windows. Here's what I did:

    1. When booting with another laptop, you'll be asked to reset your PIN. Make sure you remember your Microsoft password.
    2. Locate the Predator Sense application and uninstall it.
    3. Then, move the SSD back to your Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop.
    4. Try booting and wait for about 30 seconds because your laptop will enter power adjustments. If your laptop suddenly restarts during the initial boot, just wait.
    5. If you successfully boot, immediately go to BIOS settings and uncheck the option for booting with images and sound.
    6. Don't forget to reinstall your Predator Sense application if needed.
    7. Save and exit.

I hope this helps you out.
