Nitro 5 (2020) won't detect or use the Nvidia GPU, it say Nvidia Display settings are not available

Back in 2020, I bought a Nitro 5, and I've been using it ever since. Initially, it was a great computer for the price but several months ago, the Nvidia GPU stopped working. I've tried going to the device manager, but the only things under display adapters are 'Intel(R) UHD Graphics, and when hidden, three things that say 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter'. Any ideas or should I take it to a shop to get it looked at?

Edit: I still have the Nvidia software built into my computer, but everytime I try to start it, it says "Nvidia Display settings are not available. An Nvidia graphics card was not detected in your system."
