The dedicated graphics on my Acer Nitro 5 AN515 stopped working.

My games seems to be running rather sluggish and upon inspection, my games are using my integrated graphics instead of the RTX 3070 Laptop GPU in my Nitro 5 unit.
I checked device manager and it said, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" and my Nvidia Control Panel doesn't show up when I right click on my desktop anymore.
I DDUed (Display Driver Uninstaller) and reinstalled my graphics drivers including the integrated graphics and still no signs of my 3070 working. I use/daily drive this laptop every day and ran with no issues when all of a sudden this happened. I also noticed that when I shake my laptop, I hear what seems to be a loose screw floating around inside.
I bought this PC a couple months back and is still within the 2 year warranty. The sticker on the bottom is a little scratched up but not torn or punctured due to me putting this on the bag along with its charger and extra stuff.
Is my warranty voided? Will warranty cover this?
I live in the Philippines.

If you did not actually open the laptop Acer Services in Manila won't void your warranty. Try again to uninstall both video drivers in Safe Mode with DDU but make sure you stay online and just reboot, don't manually install drivers, let Windows 11 sort it out and the correct drivers will be installed, keep checking Windows Updates, may take a few days.

I DDUed in Safe Mode and Windows did update my drivers after I installed the drivers from Acer.

The point I am trying to make is that you should not install these drivers from Acer Support, uninstall those drivers again and let Windows11 install the drivers online. (not updating but actually installing). 😉

Oh, gotcha! I'll redo the drivers and see if anything happens.

Update: Yeah, no, still not working… Could it be that the thing rattling inside my PC broke the component?

Give it some time, these are AMD drivers and may take a few days for Windows to find, click frequently on Check for updates, do you have issues updating Windows, are you on 23H2? If nothing helps and you live in Manila go early (First come, First serviced) to Acer Services (Master ASP) on 1172-1180 President Quirino Avenue Extension Paco Manila, (02) 8-555-2300, Mon-Sat (8:30am-5:30pm)
