Hello,
I purchased my laptop 7 months ago, with Windows 11
I use it for invoicing in my Small Business, it's all cloud based, I've never really installed much on it.
Yesterday I was too lazy to go to the PC so I installed design space on it to use my cricut maker, the laptop suddenly became so slow, frustrated I just shut it down & jumped on the PC.
TODAY I went to start up the laptop and was hit with a constant BSOD loop, it went on for hours before I got through to Microsoft support, none of the troubleshooting options he ran me through worked & I feel like it would have been easier if he could see the things I was looking at so I've come here in hopes of getting some help, if anyone may know of anything I could try?
I can not get to a login screen, or safe mode, I can F12 and get to the boot menu, but there's only one option (2nd picture) and clicking on that just restarts that loop.
Additionally the stop code shown at the bottom is one of about 3 that it cycles through, I've not written down the others but can grab them if needed
Given its mostly used for cloud based software, the couple of things that are on it, I do not care at all if they are lost, I just want it to work again.
