Liquid Zest T06 Now I can't log in, nor reset to the factory settings.
I accidentally erased my password, when I tried to change it. When it asked for password I assumed it wanted the existing password. It actually wanted a new one which should contain letters (mine was numeric). I exited with the password empty. Now I can't log in, nor reset to the factory settings. HEEEEEELP!

Try to get back to the testing screen that you got by pressing POWER+VOLUMEDOWN the way you did it before. Then instead of choosing a test, press POWER+VOLUMEUP.

Not sure how that happened from your description. Yes, it should first ask for old password. Then ask for new password. Then ask to confirm new password. If the sequence was aborted, the old numeric password should still work. If it doesn't try this if you haven't already.
Keep entering the old password till a message appears to reset pattern. May take up to 10 tries till the message pops up. Tap forgot pattern. If the phone has an active google account, enter your Google username & password.

Well I tried multiple times and after every five entries I get "You have incorrectly typed Your PIN x times. Try again in 30 seconds". I don't get a chance to enter Google account.

What happens if you type nothing in the password box and hit enter?

Absolutely nothing. I tried about 20x.

Grasping at straws with this next question to avoid disconnecting the battery pack.
If you had a new password in mind at the time that you tried to change the old numeric password, did you try that new password anyway even though you didn't seem to enter it into a new password field?

I did not enter new password. When it did not accept my old one I got out of there. I disconnected the battery, but it had no effect.

Sorry, I did not disconnected a battery on this phone yet.

Yes, I know that's what you said. But try the new password anyway even though it didn't accept your old one and you got out of there.

I don't have new password. Did not have a chance to enter it.

Do you mean that you entered password change menu but had no idea of what new password you'd like to use?

I wanted to change my PIN. It asked for the PIN. When I entered my existing PIN it told me that it has to contain a letter. Obviously, I was in a wrong place so I exited. And that's all.

I wanted to change my PIN.
A PIN is NOT the same as a PASSWORD!!!!!
A PIN is usually numeric-only. A PASSWORD must contain at least one letter. From your description, you have a separate all-numeric PIN and a separate letter PASSWORD.
When you first got the tablet, do you recall setting up a separate PASSWORD as well as a separate all-numeric PIN?

NOPE! (it doesn't like such a short note)

You apparently switched the tablet from a PIN login to PASSWORD login.
So try to use any random letters for a PASSWORD login mode (for example "acer") instead of your old PIN login mode.
Keep trying till you get an error message that says "reset pattern". May take up to 10 tries till a message pops up. Tap forgot pattern. Then enter your Google username & password. For this to work, you must have previously set up an active Google account on this machine.

Turn phone off. Then press and hold power button. While still holding power button, press and hold the low volume button. Does the machine turn on to a startup logo screen?

Well, it happily switches between ON and OFF.

Does the startup logo appear?

I am not sure what "startup logo" means. When I held Power and Low Volume buttons, the phone was switching on and off. When I released the Power while holding Low Volume, I got a FactoryKit Test. It has:
Full test
PCBA Test
Item Test
KB Test
Where do I go from here?
