Note that unlocking the TPM in a China model is against the law. It's better to wait for Microsoft to support the China specific TCM. We can't support doing anything illegal.
@billsey Acer's Chinese website is making the firmware available for download: https://www.acer.com.cn/service-support.html

If you want to Upgrade to Windows 11 that badly, just download the Windows 11 ISO directly from Microsoft.

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Then "clean install" Windows 11 using a flash disk drive, Used Rufus to bypass the TPM Requirement.

I'm having the TPM issue with my AN515-55. I have updated the BIOS to 2.06 and set a supervisor password but the TPM options still do not display in the BIOS. When I run the Firmware_Acer_1005_A_A it says TPM is already available and needs to be turned on the BIOS.

I don't understand what the problem is here exactly. Do the AN515-55s have TPM or not?

The AN515-55 models all have TPM per spec:

Unless you are in China where there is a different spec. China based models require the Chinese version of Windows, which looks for the Chinese version of TPM instead of the global version. It should be a moot point in regards to doing a W10→W11 update however, you shouldn't need to do anything except run the upgrade.
