What's going on with the support for the spatiallabs ?

That's definitely the last products I'll buy from Acer.
I will check if I am canceling the purchase for the reasons noted in the head (non-compliance with promised properties)
I talked with the very friendly support center and they told me, that Acer support also reads in this forum.
Why are customers left alone with their problems?
The websites promise things that the software doesn't deliver.

Also, some Games at the "True Game" Webseite, claimed as "new" but they aren't !

I am really very disappointed and I believe that the future of the spatiallab is not secure if this continues.

Which ones do you claim are old?

for example the red marked are already at the old True Games App, which is not yet updated. All named new Games at the website (like "Atomic Heart" are only visible on website but not at the app itself 🙃

    Nice controlling from Acer 🤭

I love this monitor. I hope Acer appoints a team to work on the software side. And update games because all gamers don't necessarily have the same taste.

I've been waiting for a while now checking every day for this display to return to "in stock". Today's the day that it's finally available however reading through the forums in anticipation I see that there is a lot of dissatisfaction. I get the feeling I should cancel my order.

The monitor itself is really excellent in terms of 3D display, but the software is still a bit tricky at the moment. In the last few days, however, this has gotten a little better and the game updates are now more reliable. I really hope it stays like this.

Games updates were last done on 5th and 9th of May

That's good to hear. I also hope they will keep up the momentum and continue to expand the game catalog.

The only way to remain ahead of the 3D glasses free market that will soon one day be saturated; is to provide a service that constantly delivers, innovates and supports it's Ego system, this includes rewarding its early supporters and even those arriving late to the table. I for one love the tech and would like to continue my journey with ACER and SpatialLabs. With that said, as we support them in moving forward, the same should be returned; look at it as a place gamers want to be and not just a sale, discounts on new tech for supporting consumers; listening to ideas, integrating features, already being the first out of the gate…build on that. Think of the possibilities for other communities right now…digital pinball enthusiast, race sim enthusiast…

Glad they are still adding games. Only had this monitor for about a month and have barely scratched the surface of the games on the list. Say I'm at least somewhat interested in most of the ones on there or at least trying them to see how they look in 3d. Already had Scorn and Jedi in my library before the update so that's cool. It's a pretty good selection already, in my opinion, so I'm satisfied. Would just like to see more 3D Ultra games cause that's where the magic's at, but probably takes more time and effort on those, so I can understand.

Hi, I wanted to know if the non pro screen will work using the steam deck? and whether I will be able to run God of War in 3D from it and watch my 3D movies.

    Thanks!

The idea of creating profile for each game is just not sustainable!

They need to use AI algorithm to automatically convert 2D to 3D.

Thanks, Acer. I hope by the end of this year, we will be getting a 32" screen. These games deserve that size.
