as I couldn't do a clean install from a USB at all, it never booted into the USB or detect the boot Win-11 USB. I'm not amazed by anything that happens with Win-11 and what I suggest that you do is first go into BIOS and set all settings to default and Exit then see if the Win-11 installation detects the NVMe M.2? If it doesn't then try to installing Win-11 with an .ISO file liker I did but you will need Win-10 to be able to do that.
