Nitro Sense not supported after resetting the windows
Hi,
I have a Acer Nitro 7 AN7-15 Laptop, using it from last 3 years. When I usually reset the laptop it installed the fresh windows with all other pre installed software like Nitrosense, Nortan antivirus (trial) etc. But this time when I reset the window (after upgrading to win 11) it just installed the fresh windows 10 (no pre installed software this time). Then I downloaded the NitroSense from Acer website and tried to installed but that says its not supported. I don't know what is wrong here as previously Nitro sense was installed and working perfectly fine.
please help.

Thanks for the answer but my NitroSense issue is resolved by just changing the folder name from “Nitro AN715-15” to “AN715-15” under the Plugs folder of Nitrosense installer.
But still I am not able to get pre-installed app which came with my laptop, prior this I usually get thoes apps (fresh install like came with New Laptop) but this time it just install windows.

First see if the NS is still installed in your Win-11 C:\ drive at Program files >Acer >Nitro Sense, if it is then completely uninstall or delete all its files from this folder and delete the folder also.
Then try again to install the NS for your Win-10, if that doesn’t work, then get a NS for Win-11 from a newer Nitro model that have NS for Win-11 like try the AN515-56 NS version 3.01.3028 for Win-11 and see if it works.

That is great, and your solution should be helpful for other users, Those preinstalled apps were for Win-10 and not compatible with Win-11, install the Acer Care Centre as that is compatible with Win-10.
