Permissions likely aren't set right for launching the ACC service.

    Hi.

I've tried everything you wrote but still nothing :(

I've installed Care Center S from Microsoft shop - still the same, after starting again windows app still doesn't work.

Opening app as an administrator - still the same, doesn't work.

Only reinstalling App works but only until shutting down the windows. After rebooting doesn't work again.

Uninstall the Windows Store version, the go to Acer's support site and download it from the Applications tab and install that one with Administrator permissions.

    try the following mate:

    1. insert a usb flash drive to your laptop or desktop computer. (be sure to backup the contents of your usb flash drive)
    2. download rufus, then run it.
    3. left click the drop down arrow next to the word "SELECT" and left click "DOWNLOAD" to download the original Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft. Watch the full tutorial
    4. after that, press START. wait for it to finish.
    5. close rufus, open your usb flash drive then run the setup executable.
    6. be sure to backup all the files in Drive C: or any drive partition where the operating system resides before doing step 5.
    7. be sure you have a good internet connection for the contents of the flash drive to be updated to the latest.
    8. as the setup runs, select delete all files, like you are installing a fresh operating system.
    9. wait and trust the process to complete.
    10. after that, download the latest official drivers from Acer.
    11. download the serial number detection utility/tool to obtain the device serial number or SNID
    12. download all the drivers, extract each, then install.
    13. hopefully, your problem will be solved.
    14. driver problems happens when you restore your operating system using the factory recovery image.
    15. after all the drivers installed and working properly. make an image of the whole drive using macrium reflect, aomei, easeus, minitool and many others. Watch the tutorial
    16. the purpose of making your own backup image of the whole drive is to shorten the restoration process in case of problems or malware attacks.

NOTE: if you only like to download the operating system, follow steps 1 up to 4

leonaip, thanks for help but I don't need Acer Care Center that much. It's a huge loss of time for doing all that you wrote. I've just did all that on my doughter's new laptop (without OS) and it lasted two evenings.

With the issue present, kill the ACCStd.exe process in Task Manager then open Service and verify the ACCsrv service is running. When it's running go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\Care Center and run the ACCStd.exe file. Does that work?

right click ACCStd.exe and select run as Administrator

that should solve the problem 😉

create a shortcut to the desktop so you can manually launch it as the computer starts

I did some cleaning, uninstalling and reinstalling and for now its working. Maybe some other program made some conflict or something, I don't know. Couple system shutdown and start and it works for now… I'll see for how long…
