Hello, I have some problems with Nitro 5. Can you guys help me?

I bought the Nitro 5 AN515-43-R4C3 Linux Ryzen 7 with 8gbs of RAM, then I installed Windows and could just use 5,9gbs RAM because of the allocated memory for Vega and I was fine with that.
Last week I upgraded the laptop with +8gbs of RAM. 16gbs Total.

Now it's showing 5,9gbs for me and 10,1gbs for hardware reserved memory!
BIOS was not not showing a option for allocated memory and I tried to update to the 1.12 version, the update was successfully done according to the system info but my windows is freezing when I try open BIOS again and sometimes its freezing when sleep mode is on.

How can I fix that? Fix the freezing problem and the allocated RAM problem?

For the freeze on BIOS loading, I was reading about open BIOS only with the SSD connected and disable SecureBoot and FastBoot, change for UEFI, SataMode in AHCI in case the update change these options... Do you think this can work? Help me, pleasee
