An issue I have with my Acer Nitro AN-515-53. Is it Software or is it hardware issue and how to fix?

Hey guys! There's an issue I've been having with my Acer Nitro Gaming Laptop, started a few months ago one night when I was playing a high intensity game that I always played before this happened. When I was playing it, my entire computer shut off for no reason. No message that the computer is turning off or anything, just blacks out with no warning. After that, it refused to turn back on until I unplugged the charger and plugged it back in from another outlet. Started back up just fine but when I got back on the game, it shuts off almost immediately this time. This continues until I eventually open up troubleshooter and have it troubleshoot the power option. Which then it states that it moved my computer into a power optimized mode which fixed it so I could play smaller games. Then I tried starting a big game up after a while, started blacking out again. While normally I'd assume it was with just this game, it was with a few other games too. Also another interesting note is that when I unplug the charger from my computer, the laptop turns off as if it's relying on the charger to stay powered. But when I plug back in the charger and try to play a game on it, it starts blacking out like the troubleshoot fix stopped working. So then I retry the troubleshoot and it gives me a high power optimization rather than a lower power optimization like last time. While thinking it could be the battery, but it recognizes the battery on my computer and states it's at a 100% and if the battery was dead, it should still be fine with the charger. Then I thought about it being it overheating, unlikely too since Nitro Sense shows that the cooling temps are normal, even at high games. My last idea of what could be an issue is my charger being broken? Note: There's been a few times power outages happened in our house due to blown transformers and other issues not caused by our house. Also the first time the power went out was when I noticed the first time that the computer was blacking out with no charger, since the power went out. Could it be that the box on the charger is fried..? Or is it something internally with my computer OR, even software related because I am on Windows 11 and I've heard it's pretty unstable for the time being? Thanks guys!

What is this game or games that you are playing that crashes your laptop? Make sure that all the NVidia drivers are up to date, fans work 100% and paste is changed , and you have enough ram and your OS is up to date, also use the NVidia GeForce Experience ultimate settings to play this game (if this game is included in the GFE list) as there is something very wrong when a laptop crashes like its doing with your AN515-53 as its either the software, game settings or the laptops hardware that can't handle those games required specs. It could be your psu, ram that are faulty or either can't handle the power required by these games (that is why these games are crashing your laptop, which has happened to me also with a laptops and gaming) or your psu is faulty, check and remedy all those factors and also and if your adaptor is faulty (which rarely happens) then upgrade to the below AN515-53s highest 180W psu if you are using the 135W adaptor that could fix this problem .

Hi! So mostly these games worked perfectly fine when I first got the laptop and have been working fine for years until recently. For the record the games I play that cause the computer to crash are Brick Rigs, War Thunder, FNAF SB, and Dying Light. Also I did a battery report and this was the results, which I don't really know what to look for in this. One last thing is I clean the fans regularly, but I haven't pasted at all since purchase. But the thing with that though is all my temps are normal when on high performance games. But yeah, let me know what you think, and apologies for the late response!

Update the drivers to the latest versions, use GeForce Experience for tone of the games and set all games in Nvidia Control Panel at Program Settings these games to be played only by the High-performance NVidia processor. Out of all those games that you play only Dying Light is supported by GeForce Experience NVidia software so use that and for the rest get the best software setup for those games from their sites. Make sure that all windows update is up top date and Intel drivers also which should all fix your laptop to perform at its best.
